We offer a fast paced and dynamic environment, working on some of the most important and exciting therapy areas within the industry. As a Research Analyst you will be working on a range of fast paced research and analysis projects, building strong relationships both with team members and with a range of industry stakeholders  to gather information and develop high quality insights that will support the decision making process linked to the client’s drug development and commercialization programme. Individuals with a curious nature will thrive here; as you move from one project to the next, you’ll need to quickly get up to speed with a new therapy area or drug development. With exposure to the full drug lifecycle from preclinical to clinical development, regulatory and commercialization strategies, this is a great start to your career in life science competitive strategy consulting.

The learning curve will be steep and often challenging, but the professional rewards will be highly significant. And you will get the support you need from a focused and dynamic team.

As a Research Analyst at Deallus you will rapidly develop your qualitative research skill sets. Having developed your hypotheses through secondary (internet) research, you will use your curiosity and perseverance to collect the cream of the information through telephone and conference research; personable and enthusiastic, your can do attitude will push you to go the extra mile to obtain the cream of the information. You will then use your strong analytical skills to shape and develop your research findings into valuable, actionable insights for your clients. You will tap into the knowledge of industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders through telephone research and attendance of multiple international medical congresses per year both in Europe and the US.

Your growth is fundamental to the company so you’ll be given the necessary training to get you up the learning curve quickly and effectively. At the same time, your strong drive and sense of initiative will help accelerate your progression. The organisation’s flat structure will allow bright and driven people to flourish.
